Safety Plan

– Capacity does not exceed the 1 person per 4 square metre rule to ensure all staff and customers are safe
– All reservations are not to exceed the maximum group amount set by NSW Health
– Customers are made aware that everyone must be seated at all times and no contact between groups or gatherings within the restaurant premises
– No bar service permitted and customers can only consume alcohol whilst seated
– Table service available to reduce crowding
– All staff and customers who are unwell will be excluded from the premises for the health and wellbeing of all other staff and customers
– Contactless payments preferred where possible
– Constant on the job training is provided to all staff regarding COVID-19 requirements and procedures
– All conditions of entry are displayed within the restaurant as well as social media platforms
– Where possible staff assigned to specifics sections whilst working
– Where reasonably practical start, finish and break times for staff have been staggered
– Contactless deliveries and invoicing is now in place where available
– Good hand hygiene procedure adopted and practised
– Bathrooms monitored to ensure they are stocked with hand soap and paper towels
– All cutlery cleaned in commercial dishwasher and then polished with hot water
– Restaurant menus are gloss laminated for easy cleaning between use
– All indoor and outdoor surfaces cleaned after every use
– All disinfectants are maintained at appropriate strengths and used in accordance with manufactures instructions
– Gloves worn by staff and hands washed after all cleaning aspects
